Refund policy

Returns
We accept returns only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Item must be unused
  • Item must be in original packaging
  • Proof of damage (photo/video) required

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used products
  • Customized products
  • Items without original packaging

Refunds
Once the returned item is inspected and approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refund Method

  • Prepaid orders → refunded to original payment method
  • Cash on Delivery → refund via bank transfer or UPI

Exchange
We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items only, subject to stock availability.

Cancellation
Orders can be canceled only before dispatch.
